Cancellation Policy Summary

  • Notice Period: Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next 4-week renewal date.
  • Fulfillment: Service will continue until the end of your current paid 4-week (28-day) cycle.
  • Refunds: In accordance with our Terms of Service, we do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for unused visits within a cycle that has already been paid.
