Yes. We thoroughly scan and clean all accessible areas of your property where your dog may leave waste, including the backyard, front yard, side yards, dog runs, and flower beds.
No. As long as we have clear and safe access to your yard, you do not need to be home. Most of our clients are away at work during their scheduled service.
We enjoy working with friendly dogs! However, if your dog is protective or shows signs of aggression, we ask that you keep them indoors during your scheduled service time to ensure the safety of our team.
Yes! We operate 360 days a year. We scoop through rain, heat, and even Calgary winters. If extreme weather (such as a blizzard or -25°C temperatures) makes service impossible, we will notify you and perform a thorough “double-clean” on the next safe day.
Unlike many services that use standard plastic bags, we use 100% BPI/BNQ certified compostable bags. We also offer yard deodorizing treatments made from plant-based, non-toxic ingredients that are completely safe for your pets and the environment.
Biosecurity is a core pillar of our business. We disinfect our tools and the soles of our boots between every single customer using veterinary-grade, pet-safe disinfectants to prevent the spread of parasites like Parvo, Giardia, or Hookworm.
After every visit, we send a confirmation photo to your phone or email showing the completed work and your securely closed and locked gate. You never have to worry about a pet accidentally escaping after we leave.
No. EcoScoop360 does not require a long-term contract. Recurring services are prepaid and renew automatically every 28 days. You may schedule a service change for your next renewal through Manage Recurring Service, or cancel through the secure Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle, and no partial refunds are issued.
Recurring-service pricing is based on the number of dogs, service frequency, waste-disposal option, and deodorizing selection. Prices include one standard yard up to 100 × 100 ft. The booking form shows your complete estimate, including GST, before payment.
One-Time Scoop is $150 plus GST for any number of dogs and includes waste haul-away and professional deodorizing.
If the waste is visible, we will scoop it. If a heavy snowfall covers the waste, we may postpone until the next visit. Because the waste still needs to be removed once it melts, your monthly billing remains the same to cover the extra labor of the “Spring Thaw” deep clean.
Our standard recurring service places the collected waste in your Green Cart. We use BPI/BNQ-certified compostable bags, double-bag the waste, and securely tie it before disposal.
If you select Waste Haul-Away, EcoScoop360 removes the waste from your property for the additional fee shown in the booking form. Waste haul-away is included with every One-Time Scoop.
Our standard service packages include collecting the waste and placing it directly into your Green residential bin, which is the most cost-effective option for most homeowners. If you prefer to have the waste removed from your property entirely, we charge a small additional fee to cover the real operational costs of transporting the heavy waste, purchasing specialized eco-friendly disposal materials, and paying the commercial disposal fees charged by the City of Calgary.
For most households, Weekly Scoop provides the best balance of cleanliness and convenience. Homes with several dogs or heavier yard use may prefer 2× Weekly Scoop, while Bi-Weekly Scoop may suit lighter use. One-Time Scoop is available for seasonal cleanups or a single visit.
Recurring services renew every 28 days. Existing customers can schedule a frequency change through Manage Recurring Service. The new service and price begin at the next renewal, with no immediate charge or proration.

Yes. EcoScoop360 provides pet-waste removal for eligible commercial properties, condominium common areas, apartment buildings, property-management sites, and local parks within our Southeast and Southwest Calgary service areas.
