This website is operated by PopichCo Ventures Inc., doing business as EcoScoop365. Throughout the site, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to PopichCo Ventures Inc. By signing up for service with EcoScoop365, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Ownership: All content on https://ecoscoop360.com including logos, text, and images, is the property of EcoScoop365. You may not use our branding without written consent.
  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, EcoScoop365 is not liable for typographical errors or temporary website downtime.

2. DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE

  • General Service: EcoScoop365 offers residential and commercial pet waste removal. Pricing is based on the number of dogs and the service frequency selected at signup.
  • Initial Clean: If your yard has not been scooped in over 30 days, an Initial Clean-Up Fee will apply to the first visit.

3. DISPOSAL POLICY (CALGARY BYLAWS)

In accordance with City of Calgary bylaws, EcoScoop365 utilizes the Customer’s Green Cart for waste disposal.

  • Eco-Standard: We use only BPI/BNQ certified compostable bags. Waste is double-bagged and securely tied before being placed in your Green Cart.
  • Haul-Away Service: If the Customer prefers waste to be removed from the property, an additional fee applies. Visit current residential pricing schedule page HERE.

4. YARD ACCESS & SAFETY

  • Service Areas: EcoScoop365 services private residential homes and condominiums with gated privacy areas.
  • Condominium Approval: If service is requested for a condominium unit that have a gated/fenced privacy area, we require written approval from the Condo Board or Property Management Company before service can commence. We do not service condominium units without gated/fenced privacy area.
  • Access & Gate Security: If we cannot access your yard due to a locked/blocked gate, the service will be skipped, and charges will still apply. We provide a Gate-Safe Guarantee (photo confirmation) to ensure your gate is closed upon our exit.
  • Third-Party Liability: EcoScoop365 (a division of PopichCo Ventures Inc.) is not responsible for pets escaping if a gate was left unlatched or opened by a third party (such as landscaping crews, utility workers, or guests) following our service visit.
  • Dogs in Yard: For the safety of our staff and your pets, we require dogs to be indoors during our visit. If an aggressive or overly excitable dog is in the yard, we will skip service and charges will still apply.
  • Debris & Tall Grass: We will always do our best to find all waste, but it can be difficult to locate in tall grass (4″+), deep leaves, or heavy debris.

5. DEODORIZING SERVICE

  • Season: Standard deodorizing is performed from May 1st to October 1st.
  • Off-Season (Chinook Winds): During winter, we may deodorize only if there is a sustained Chinook, no snow on the ground, and the temperature is above 0°C.
  • Effectiveness: Deodorizing is a topical treatment; longevity depends on weather and rainfall.

6. CALGARY WEATHER POLICY

  • Heavy Snow: If waste is buried, we will perform a “top-scoop” and a thorough double-clean on the next visit once the snow melts.
  • Extreme Cold: Service may be postponed if temperatures drop below -25°C (including wind chill).
  • Billing: No refunds are offered for weeks missed due to weather. We will pick up the accumulated “double” waste on the following visit.

7. BILLING & PAYMENTS

  • Pre-Billing: We pre-bill monthly. Invoices are sent on the 1st of the month and are due upon receipt.
  • Late Fees: Payments not received by the 3rd may be subject to a $10 late fee, and service may be paused.

8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are ever unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service. We will return to reclean the area at no additional cost.
